Position: Project Coordinator, Mobile and Programmatic

Location: 50 Eglington Ave East, Toronto, ON, M4P 1A6

Job Status: Regular Full Time

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Additional overtime hours as required

The Project Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Director of Product Strategy to support sales on a daily basis with business development and commercialization of new products across the entire Astral product portfolio. This role will be instrumental in analyzing and deploying emerging technologies and solutions.


Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Director of Product Strategy on the following:

  • Analyze competitive landscape
  • Stay abreast of category innovation
  • Conduct pricing analysis
  • Formulate packaging strategies
  • Compose and update collateral materials for the sales teams

Assist Product Directors with media proposals, ensuring outmost accuracy

  • Coordinate new product implementation within internal systems
  • Manage project workflow through all steps of product deployment
  • Prepare and distributes sales tools, PowerPoint presentations, and reports to support sales on a daily basis
  • Prepare availability and inventory reports
  • Support the sales teams in driving sales from programmatic OOH and integrated OOH + mobile initiatives
  • Acts as liaison with various departments involved in the sales process: production, charting, operations, etc.
  • Any other related supporting tasks required to drive Astral business foreward

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, communications or equivalent)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using project management software (i.e. Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the out-of-home advertising sector
  • Understanding of mobile location data
  • Experience with Salesforce
