The Role:

This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Client Services Co-ordinator. You will have a chance to support a team of high energy sales professionals that are passionate about contributing to Bell Media’s goal to be recognized as the preeminent media organization helping organization promote its brand and business objectives. The Client Services Co-ordinator to the Local Radio Sales team will be an integral part of the team in supporting Bell Media Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Executives and General Sales Manager on aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with proposals and presentations
  • Manage contract discrepancies, shifts and revision requests
  • Handle the bookings and order input when required
  • Management of client lists, leads and prospecting lists
  • Support and coordination of digital content, bookings and executions
  • Assist traffic with missing materials
  • Maintain contract files
  • Liaise effectively with all sales support functions, including Traffic, Research, Programming, Creative, Digital and Revenue Management across all platforms.

Critical Competencies:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution;
  • A highly developed internal and external client service orientation
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Must demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, motivation and confidence
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure of deadlines and last minute revisions
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point

Preferred Competencies:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Broadcast experience preferred
  • Experience using Wide Orbit
  • Digital knowledge (Basic terminology, DFP)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
