In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
Minimum six months of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) supporting production, relational databases (specifically, Oracle, MSSQL Server and/or PostresSQL)
Minimum one year of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL), providing support to production, relational databases.
In addition to the above, preference will be given to candidates that also have experience with:
Database automation and use of scripting languages (specifically Shell and Python).
Supporting implementation of projects using the AGILE/DevOps frameworks.
Experience using Confluence and JIRA.
