We’re looking for a Sr Strategist to join our Digital Strategy team. Our team partners with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for our digital business. The Senior Strategist will be a critical thought partner in driving business planning, strategic projects, and long-term product strategy work.
As a Sr Strategist at Bank of America, you’ll:
- Drive strategic planning efforts, including long-range planning and annual planning

Work with leadership to define and manage strategic project pipeline, driving flawless execution of complex and time-sensitive initiatives

Build business cases for growth opportunities, supported by market research, competitive research, and financial analysis

Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders across business, product, technology, and design

Oversee development of financial models and data analysis, jumping in as needed

Develop and deliver executive-level presentations for external and internal audiences

Requirements for Sr Strategist:
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience

6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

Strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills
-
Excellent organizational and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive projects cross-functionally

Advanced financial modeling skills; high proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Self-motivated and bias toward driving projects to completion
Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical or engineering field

Passion for innovation, business strategy, and technology

Internet, e-commerce or technology experience

Financial services experience
Enterprise Description:
Acts as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of COO functions. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analyses to screen potential acquisition targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.
