VP Digital Channels Manager At Bank of America

Act as a Digital Channels Product Manager for the CashPro Payments suite of solutions.


Core function and role requirements

  • Manage the CashPro Payments suite of products. This include CashPro Connect and CashPro Online
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as industry organizations, with a focus on industry standards, trends and competitive insights.
  • Represent BAML in industry initiatives to help promote industry standards and simplified connectivity solutions.
  • Drive internal such as Core Product Management, Treasury Sales, Operations, Servicing, and Technology to improve solutions and effectiveness of vendor partnership and profitability.
  • Lead initiatives which impact payments solutions in support of business enablement goals and risk mitigation activities.
  • Interact with clients to gain insights related to business needs and to drive product strategy.
  • Represent the Digital Channels line of business during production support.
  • Define a product roadmap, incorporating current and future capabilities, including ways to support client’s growing needs.
  • Facilitate management routines around the product financial life cycle, inclusive of revenue and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Support key in flight initiatives impacting Digital Channels in support of business enablement goals, internal audit findings and regulatory mandated changes

  • Possess a knowledge of Treasury Management products/solutions and Product Management acumen.

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe
  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint; ERP/TMS experience is desired
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills
  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs
  • Corporate practitioner in the treasury space would be desired
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions
  • Strong influencing capabilities based on knowledge and experience
