This Virtual Card Account Manager will be for the management and growth of a Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Card client portfolio. Portfolio would consist of up to 50+ accounts with $1B+ in annual volume and $10MM+ in annual revenue. Primary duties include driving growth against a measurable strategic plan designed to foster card spend and revenue expansion through organic growth and product cross-sell opportunities; product and program administration tool best practices to ensure optimized product utilization and client delight; and conducting account and portfolio business reviews to initiate dialogue regarding opportunities and to measure satisfaction with product offering and customer service.
Additional duties may include and are not limited to pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting portfolio card volume and rebates, rebate payment management, service escalation point of contact, sales and account management of ACH product for the clients in the portfolio, and building strong partnerships with internal partners.
Strong sales, organizational, project management, analytical, marketing, and client relationship management skills. Program analysis and analytical capabilities are essential. Must be comfortable working with all levels of customer contacts, BAML Client Management and Treasury Sales partners. Comfortable working with and demonstrating information reporting systems.
