Role overview

The Wholesale Credit strategy is a multi-generational transformation that will simplify and improve the processes and technology used to deliver and manage credit for wholesale clients

The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for implementing the Wholesale Credit strategy and will participate in various large scale technology transformations

Knowledge of one or more facets of the end to end credit process is desirable and preferred
Key responsibilities

Partner with senior members of the team to design and test new functionality

Support end users by participating in training, procedure updates, and periodic reviews of platform feedback

Assist with the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for delivering various Business capabilities
Qualifications and experiences
-
Knowledge of one or more facets of the end to end credit process is desirable

Experience partnering with Technology and/or Change Management to deliver long dated initiatives

Interest in FinTech and Agile delivery methodology
Skills and competencies

Ability to articulate strategic vision both verbally and in writing

Must be comfortable driving discussions with disparate stakeholders, including partners in Operations and Technology

Confidence and ability to distill complex subject matter into concise summaries and recommendations

Strong detail orientation and inherent persistence

Insight to identify gaps and execution risks and escalate as appropriate

Self-starter who is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment
Travel

For candidates located outside of Charlotte, frequent travel may be required (~20%).
