Product Manager, Launches and Digital Outreach At Bank of America

Job Description:

2019 will be a year of strong growth, fueled by recent investments in product innovation and digitization of the client experience. This Product Management resource will be a key addition to Bank of America’s high-functioning Commercial Card and Comprehensive Payables Product team, with the ability to immediately have significant impact on the innovative solutions we deliver for some of the world’s largest organizations.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Developing and supporting the global roll-out strategy for incremental platform transformation enhancements, contactless cards, executive cards, virtual payables enhancements and cardholder benefits
  • Driving cardholder awareness and usage of Global Card Access
  • Pioneering the creation of a digital cardholder outreach strategy
  • Digitizating the client experiences including: Card Assistant enhancements, educational videos, and emails
  • Supporting the launch of new initiatives and enhancements globally to internal partners through the enhanced usage of existing tools: SNAPshots, Card Insiders web site, training webinars and other methods.
  • Supporting the virtual sales and virtual account management teams in particular with the delivery of consistent vision and digital experience to all clients (CAM-managed and non-CAM managed)

The Product manager will act as a central resource to other Product Management and Product Development resources as well as: Product Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Strategic Solution Delivery, Servicing, Treasury Management and the Global teams to ensure all resources are closely aligned. It is expected that this VP will contribute to our ability to win and grow business while driving down the costs of servicing, through the expansion of digital options.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong grasp of global Commercial Cards products and platforms

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrix management environment

Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Superior time management and prioritization skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively on cross-functional, global teams in multiple time zones

A growth mindset with the capacity for work in a fast-paced environment

DESIRED SKILLS

Familiarity with the card payments industry and competitive landscape

Specific knowledge/experience with Exact Target, Veracast, or SNAPshots

Skills or familiarity with HTML
