Product Manager, Commercialization, Launches and Digital Adoption At Bank of America

Location: San Francisco, California

Job Description:

2019 will be a year of strong growth in GTS Digital Channels, fueled by strong investments in product innovation and digital capabilities. This Product Management resource will be a key addition to Bank of America’s high-functioning Digital Channels team, with the ability to have significant impact on the innovative solutions we deliver for some of the world’s largest organizations.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Developing and supporting the global roll-out strategy for incremental platform transformation enhancements, in the CashPro platform including CashPro Online, CashPro Mobile and other products and services
  • Driving user awareness and usage of targeted CashPro features
  • Digitizating the client experiences including: CashPro Assistant enhancements, educational videos, and emails
  • Supporting the launch of new initiatives and enhancements globally to internal partners through the enhanced usage of existing tools and communication channels including SNAPshots, , training webinars and other methods.
  • Identifying innovative solutions to deliver messages and content to internal and external audiences, including the expanded use of video

The Product manager will act as a central resource to other Product Management and Product Development resources as well as: Product Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Strategic Solution Delivery, Servicing, Treasury Management and the Global teams to ensure all resources are closely aligned. It is expected that this VP will contribute to our ability to win and grow business while driving down the costs of servicing, through the expansion of digital options.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three or more years of B2B or similar marketing and communication experience including Digital Marketing/Channels
  • Three or more years of proven experience writing for various Digital Channels; including writing compelling communications copy (i.e. Education/Technical/Regulatory/Product) to custom lengths
  • Three or more years managing end-to-end commercialization plans, including defining business objectives and strategies through implementation and analytics
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of, and experience working in Treasury and Digital Channels products and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrix management environment
  • Proven familiarity with creative design, protocols, logistics and collateral production methodologies
  • Proven familiarity with crafting value propositions, understanding targeted audiences and creating sales enablement tools to drive adoption and retention
  • Documented experience utilizing video editing tools (Camtasia, SnagIt et al)
  • Documented experience utilizing HTML ExactTarget, PhotoShop and InDesign
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Impeccable written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior time management, project management and prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional, global teams in multiple time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred candidates will have a degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
