The Digital Strategy and Emerging Experiences team are responsible for driving that innovation across the digital and physical footprint of Bank of America by bringing solutions and services to clients that do not already exist in the financial services industry today.

The Emerging Client Solutions Executive will be focused on incubating emerging technologies, experiences, and opportunities. She/he will build and lead a team chartered with rapid prototyping and development in support of the long term digital strategy. Whether executing collaborations with strategic partners, building out prototypes for investment cases, or simply innovating on existing capabilities, the right leader will bring creative product thinking grounded in an understanding of what’s feasible to bear solving concrete business and experience challenges. Success is the creation of innovative solutions that delight customers and deliver on business goals and are therefore integrated into the digital banking experience.

Fully Directs and initiates eCommerce/ ATM marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategy and research projects. Leads teams who works closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce/ ATM strategies for physical and electronic channels and implementing new marketing approaches. Act as the architect for one or more eCommerce product development projects, leveraging technical acumen to help design and/ or implement systems and user acceptance tests. Directly involved with the largest and/or most complex projects and/or initiatives. Has management responsibility. Is responsible for hiring, managing, training and developing associates.
