Documentation Product Manager At Bank of America

Job Description:

Accountable for the design and deployment of end to end workforce management processes for Treasury Fulfillment Service and Operations, supporting 6000+ resources globally and multi-year Digital Transformation strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business partners to analyze, implement and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques.
  • Lead a variety of activities in partnership with Technology, including launching/expanding new technology solutions, systems integration, operational efficiency/workflow improvements, and process reengineering.
  • Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
  • Ensures full integration of all workforce related processes in close partnership with HR, Finance and LOB’s.
  • Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements.
  • Drives the development of business requirements to satisfy business case objectives, customer and employee impact assessments, and communications
  • Summarizing analytics, processes, capabilities, opportunities and business cases into comprehensive material for executive briefings
  • Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes
  • Rigorously manages prioritization of scope with Technology partners to ensure agreed/approved/appropriate value is delivered and commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Provide thoughtful leadership to produce strategies for transformative results
  • Solve complex business problems leveraging Enterprise solutions & horizontal synergies
  • Drive education and a culture shift to instill process engineering fundamentals


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with business operations, process improvement, project management, analytics, and/or business transformation
  • Experience in process re-engineering and improvement
  • Experience in Fulfillment, Documentation and Strategy Execution preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework/methodology
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results
  • Process mapping experience, able to provide clarity on operational processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and champion initiatives
  • Experience in analyzing data, operational models and process maps
  • Strong presentation development skills including the ability to distill many data points and processes into concise summaries with detailed illustrations and examples
  • Able to work across a wide variety of businesses and interacting with subject matter experts and executives
  • Ability to build senior level relationships and influence
  • Strong independent leadership skills with the ability to lead a large team with minimal oversight including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills. Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives or project champions
  • Able to provide/present to senior leaders on updates of the health and status of initiative efforts
  • Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
  • Critical thinking skills – ability to assess quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes that require deeper analysis and assessment
  • Creativity – able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Self-starter who can take ambiguous information and drive to logical outcomes
  • Able to develop financial business cases
  • Advanced Visio, Excel and Power Point skills
  • Experience as a senior level consultant or in a similar role
