Digital Product Manager, Small Business Digital Service Product Manager At Bank of America

Job Description:

In partnership with the Head of Small Business Digital and the overall digital team, the Small Business Digital Service Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with peers and designing the overall experience for our Small Business digital customers. They will work closely with the SB Digital Move Money team as well as the SB Digital Sales team to drive satisfaction, adoption, and digital sales. This is an exciting opportunity to get engaged in making the Small Business Digital services the best in the industry!

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years Digital Product Management experience (banking not required)
  • Proficiency with lean agile and waterfall project lifecycles
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in
  • Strategic thinking along with solid execution skills
  • Strong understanding of technology and digitization and how it will continue to transform the retail and small business banking landscape
  • Direct digital experience across physical, on-line, ecommerce, mobile and virtual channels in a highly customer oriented sector
  • Experience working with Small Businesses/owning a Small Businesses/interacting with Small Businesses
  • Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning.
  • Collaborate with a wide array of business and technology partners to continuously build and evolve the product vision and roadmap
  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.
  • Develop business cases to support product development goals and create concise, compelling content to present and sell product concepts and business cases to senior leadership.
  • Team player who is most comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who brings strategic business acumen
  • Proactively monitor the market environment, changes inside and outside the industry, and use these observations to think “outside the box”
  • Establish and maintain strong controls practices and support external evaluations.
  • Forward thinking with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market
  • Listens to customer needs and makes decisions/takes actions that will help them achieve their goals
  • Strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning and project management expertise
  • Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to building partnerships with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results
  • Establish product analytics and reporting and monitor performance and utilization.

Preferred Skills

  • Digital sales experience desired
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
