Digital Experience Program Manager At Bank of America

Job Description:

The role of the Digital Experience Program manager will drive the strategic objectives of the Digital Adoption & Referrals team by overseeing multiple project activities under the Digital Experience program, including associate and client-facing resources and capabilities. He/she will lead executive stakeholder routines and plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategy for the program team
  • Liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of programs
  • Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap; identifying work stream inter-dependencies and developing a robust risk mitigation plan
  • Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value
  • Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
  • Defining the program controls, that is - the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program
  • Managing and using resources across the various projects
  • Managing stakeholders who are involved in the projects
  • Making sure deliverables are consistent, cohesive and aligned across the projects

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the digital space
  • Experience with Bank of America Channels and processes preferred
  • Skilled relationship builder & project management background to help manage multiple work streams
  • Strong organizational, influence and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledgeable of Lean Agile and Waterfall methodology, Design Sprints, and Fail-Fast.
  • Ability to tell powerful stories to a senior leadership audience through advanced Power Point skills
  • Travel up to 10% of time.

Enterprise Descriptions:

Fully initiates and coordinates eCommerce initiatives, channel strategy and research projects. Leads teams who work closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce strategies for physical and electronic channels and implementing forward-thinking approaches to channel integration. Act as the architect for one or more eCommerce product development projects, leveraging technical acumen to help design and/or implement systems and user acceptance tests. Directly involved with the largest and/or most complex projects and/or initiatives. Is responsible for building rapport with cross-channel stakeholders; and training and developing associates.
