Digital Channels Product Manager At Bank of America

CashPro® is BofAML’s flagship digital platform, supporting processing of payments globally for 35k clients and 486k users across 175 countries. Greenwich ranks BofAML the second largest digital banking provider in the world. The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all Treasury services accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).

Consider an opportunity to join GTS Digital Channels as a CashPro Platform Product Manager. This role will drive strategic design and tactical delivery of market leading capabilities – built in house or through integration of third party solutions – and across an omni channel environment. Special focus on initiatives that will take BofAML to the #1 position as a global digital banking provider.

This position is a new role to support the overall strategy development and deployment of CashPro services globally. Success will require a strong partnership with a variety of teams within and outside of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and direct work with partners around the globe to ensure the solution meets regional market needs and regulatory requirements.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Platform Product Manager role:

  • Own the overall roadmap for the CashPro Platform globally, including strategy definition, funding, and delivery of end solutions
  • Provide end to end Product Management to ensure digital offerings meet client needs while differentiating BofAML in the marketplace
  • Develop solutions and functionality to remove adoption barriers and increase client utilization of digital tools
  • Drive operational excellence, promoting and maximizing adoption of CashPro
  • Provide strong subject matter expertise in digital banking and channel capabilities
  • Lead fulfillment, servicing, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk
  • Partner with other CashPro Platform product managers to create and commercialize integration and digitization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of experience in a Product Manager role at a financial institution
  • Three or more years of Digitial Channels experience; preferred candidates will also have Treasury Management experience
  • Proven experience developing solutions within Digital Channels
  • Proven experience leading teams that create and commercialization of products
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities
  • Proven experience working with partners across the globe
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers
  • Proven understanding of the Agile development process
  • Familiarity and comfort with online tools; ability and willingness to perform regular post-release production business validation testing
  • Knowledge of merchant acquisition data, overall business structure and product offerings
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred candidate will have an advanced degree (i.e. MBA)
