Job Description:
CashPro® is BofAML’s flagship digital platform, supporting processing of payments globally for 35k clients and 486k users across 175 countries. Greenwich ranks BofAML the second largest digital banking provider in the world. The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all Treasury services accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).
Consider an opportunity to join GTS Digital Channels as a CashPro Platform Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Management and Technology to ensure key strategies are translated into buildable and deployable requirements. Special focus on initiatives that will take BofAML to the #1 position as a global digital banking provider. A key first project will be to facilitate the integration of merchant acquisition data into CashPro. Success will require a strong partnership with a variety of teams within and outside of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Platform Business Analyst role:

Supports key initiatives from project scope and planning through readiness and launch

Specific emphasis on requirements development and design

Owns the user stories, including acceptance criteria, backlog and implementation.

Manages and accepts stories within iterations.

Responsible for development and testing of technical output to ensure adherence to designated requirements

Involvement in technical release activities, including, but not limited to post production user validation

Drive operational excellence, promoting and maximizing adoption of CashPro

Provide subject matter expertise in digital design and Agile project management processes

Partner with other CashPro Platform product managers to ensure strategies are developed and deployed in ways that promote overall client and market acceptance and digitization

Critical thinking/ problem solving skills

Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

Proficiency in standard office tools and project management software
