Critical business strategy role reporting to the head of Digital Sales and Service. This role will support the overall growth of the business by developing strategies including multi-year plans, growth levers, and client segmentation strategies. This role requires the candidate to work closely with digital sales product leaders and partners in analytics, marketing, technology, finance, and control functions.
The candidate must have experience in strategy consulting / developing business strategies, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, and have an interest in digital banking. This role is wide ranging and will equip the candidate for a future leadership role in the digital business at Bank of America.
Independently initiates and/ or leads eCommerce/ ATM marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategies and research projects. Works closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce/ ATM products and implementing new marketing approaches. May provide guidance to junior staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility
