Key member of the Digital Lending Sales and Service team responsible for reporting on key sales and operational control metrics for digital functionality related to mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and auto loans. Aggregates, manipulates, reconciles, and reports on lending sales funnels, as well as operational and control metrics. Partners closely with Digital Sales and Servicing Managers to quickly identify issues to eliminate risk, as well as opportunities for enhancements to the client experience. Additionally, partners closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics to maintain existing and build new reporting packages that align with business priorities. Candidate must have strong analytical and data manipulation skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
6+ years of experience in reporting and reconciliation of key sales and operational metrics in consumer financial services
