Job Description:
Provide overall governance of the Global Information Security (GIS) Metrics & Reporting platform. This executive will ensure the accuracy of all metrics by executing a quality validation and control process on a continuous basis to strategically align GIS’s reporting obligations. Industry standardization of information security metrics for risk management and reporting is an emerging discipline. The data science and reporting executive will be responsible for leading the GIS-wide process, risk and controls for the delivery of best-in-class cyber security reporting for a variety of key stakeholders; including the board level reporting, executive management and regulatory bodies.
Specific Function Description: Senior Manager with the ability to develop, gather and disseminate cyber security program performance and key risk information to drive awareness.

Independently validate and publish performance and risk based metrics for GIS. Implement review process and monitoring of continuous performance goals.

Design and deliver industry-leading cyber security metrics and reporting tailored to the audience. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of operational reporting and global cyber security risks.

Advance cyber security knowledge through deep understanding of information security strategy, key technology partnerships, and contemporary data and analytical capabilities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, measure, manage and report on cybersecurity risks.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence to work across GIS and GT&O to gather facts, data, and an understanding of the topics at hand.

Apply quantitative management, data science, and statistical analysis techniques to GIS metrics and source data
Scope of Responsibilities:

Create effective quality control and validation program across multiple consumers of operational data, data owners, and technical teams responsible for the security metrics environment.

Develop a consistent set of control standards that will provide a strong basis for achieving transparency, accuracy, consistency and control across GIS, including all ‘data suppliers’.

Partner with key innovators, including developers/systems engineers (internal and external) to define a technical roadmap for metrics infrastructure; including the dashboard and reporting process as well as develop new capabilities to provide interactive, user-driven queries and API access.

Effectively manage the performance and development of a team of reporting SME resources team.
