Organizational/LOB Overview:

Global Markets offers sales and trading services, including research, to institutional clients across fixed-income, credit, currency, commodity and equity businesses. Product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets. Global Markets provides market-making, financing, securities clearing, settlement and custody services globally to our institutional investor clients in support of their investing and trading activities. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management products using interest rate, equity, credit, currency and commodity derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed-income and mortgage-related products.

Role Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will partner closely with Global Markets clients to drive the hiring of talent at all levels (Analyst through Managing Director) for the lines of business supported. This is a high impact role supporting a fast paced organization that has a strong talent mindset. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed. She/he will be a self-starter who can build and maintain solid relationships with clients, candidates and peers within the industry. The following details specific responsibilities for this critical role:

• Partner with clients to ensure a strong understanding of key business priorities and associated hiring goals.
• Develop search strategy for the recruitment of passive candidates that includes research, direct sourcing, assessment and candidate development.
• Support diversity efforts through search work.
• Positively present our company and promote the brand at every touch point.
• Develop appropriate and consistent communication routines with lateral recruiting peers.
• Provide strategic direction and council regarding market trends, concerns and opportunistic hiring.
• Ensure strong compliance in the hiring process.

  Role Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition or executive search working in a financial services organization
  • Global Markets product knowledge; individual who knows the business and the external market for talent
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Strong ability to source, assess and select talent
