Organizational/LOB Overview:
Global Markets offers sales and trading services, including research, to institutional clients across fixed-income, credit, currency, commodity and equity businesses. Product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets. Global Markets provides market-making, financing, securities clearing, settlement and custody services globally to our institutional investor clients in support of their investing and trading activities. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management products using interest rate, equity, credit, currency and commodity derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed-income and mortgage-related products.
Role Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will partner closely with Global Markets clients to drive the hiring of talent at all levels (Analyst through Managing Director) for the lines of business supported. This is a high impact role supporting a fast paced organization that has a strong talent mindset. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed. She/he will be a self-starter who can build and maintain solid relationships with clients, candidates and peers within the industry.
