Job Description:

Be a part of a fast-paced work environment supporting communications for the Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) business through an entry-level role as a Communications Specialist on the GBAM Internal Communications Team.

You will be responsible for the successful design, production, delivery, financial management, content and/or administration of business-wide communications initiatives.

  • Communications may be in the form of digital, print, face-to-face or video
  • Projects include the content, creative and design for a line of business newsletter
  • Compile key business wins and awards
  • Manage distribution lists for the Global Banking & Markets businesses
  • Manage communications channels, including editorial calendar
  • Responsible for compiling and analyzing metrics for various channels

Enterprise Role Overview

Responsible for assisting the team for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and or administration of a communication program. Works under the guidance and direction of a more senior specialist or manager.

This role offers the candidate the opportunity to learn about the Global Banking & Markets businesses and much more through a board scope of responsibilities. Candidate must be high-energy with a strong work ethic and appetite to learn and grow.

Required skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Prior experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing fields
  • Creative with ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Proactive mindset; constantly raising the bar
  • Must be organized with ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Technology software skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Some experience in a professional setting
