CashPro Product Manager At Bank of America

CashPro® is BofAML’s flagship digital platform, enabling working capital management globally for 35k clients and 486k users across 175 countries. Greenwich ranks BofAML the second largest digital banking provider in the world. The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all Treasury services accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).

Consider an opportunity to join GTS Digital Channels as a Product Manager for CashPro Reporting, a dynamic transaction reporting and research application offered as part of the larger CashPro suite of global digital banking services. This is a high visibility position given the extensive usage of these services across all segments of the bank.

The CashPro Reporting Product Manager will focus on the functionality and deployment of enhanced features and functionality to transform global information reporting to continue to comply with local jurisdiction regulations. Success depends on a strong partnership with Asia Pacific Product Management, technology, operations, and other internal partners to ensure the solution meets the regional market needs.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Reporting Product Manager role:

  • Co-manage CashPro Reporting product capabilities across digital channels (CashPro Online, CashPro Mobile, CashPro Connect, CashPro API)
  • Own the overall roadmap for the CashPro Reporting solution to address strategic, global initiatives with near-term deliverables to support Asia Pacific initiatives
  • Engage with clients to gain insights related to business needs and to validate future product direction
  • Provide end to end Product Management to ensure the digital offerings meet client needs while differentiating BofAML in the marketplace
  • Own the overall channel and investment roadmap for CashPro Reporting, incorporating current and future capabilities, including greater data insights
  • Provide strong subject matter expertise in digital banking and channel capabilities
  • Lead fulfillment, servicing, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk
  • Represent the Digital Channels line of business during production support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of experience in a Product Manager role at a financial institution
  • Three or more years of Digitial Channels experience; preferred candidates will also have Treasury Management experience
  • Proven experience developing solutions within Digital Channels
  • Proven experience leading teams that create and commercialization of products
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities
  • Proven experience working with partners across the globe
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers
  • Proven understanding of the Agile development process
  • Familiarity and comfort with online tools; ability and willingness to perform regular post-release production business validation testing
  • Knowledge of merchant acquisition data, overall business structure and product offerings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Asian-Pacific culture and economics; preferred candidates will be fluent in Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred candidate will have an advanced degree (i.e. MBA)
