CashPro Product Manager At Bank of America

JOB DESCRIPTION

An experienced individual contributor who develops and executes CashPro channel product readiness, launch, and engagement plans to support Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Transaction Services solutions delivered through the CashPro Online, Mobile and Connect channels. The role focuses on creating and leading innovative adoption strategies, effective communication plans, and robust client and employee education plans that support achievement of product goals. External audiences include current and prospective clients. Internal audiences include Treasury Sales teams, Relationship Managers, Service, Fulfillment and Operations groups. Activities include project management as well as written and visual content design and development, including client communications, promotional materials and web design.


Responsibilities

  • Development of innovative strategies and campaigns to introduce new products and features as well as increase client adoption and revenue of existing products.
  • Writing and editing of strong copy, communications, and content integrating visual elements, across multiple channels and tactics.
  • Collaboration with internal partners (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications) to coordinate the development of sales tools, lead generation tools, product information and/or promotional materials.
  • Coordination of resources across global markets including Europe, Latin America and Asia in addition to North America.
  • Identification of training needs and collaboration with education partners to develop and execute robust learning plans for Treasury Sales, Relationship Managers and Service, Fulfillment and Operations groups.
  • Design, creation and execution of communication strategies that educate and inform Product, Sales, Relationship Management and Service teams.
  • Development and editing of content to assure clarity, alignment with the product goals and consistency with bank writing style standards.
  • Execution of campaign plans including collection and analysis of campaign metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. Some familiarity with treasury or other financial services products desired.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end commercialization plans, including defining business objectives and strategies through implementation and analytics.
  • A demonstrated ability to write compelling communications copy to custom lengths, in addition to educational, technical, regulatory and product related copy.
  • Familiar with creative design, protocols, logistics and collateral production methodologies.
  • Familiar with crafting value propositions, creating targeted audiences and creating sales enablement tools to drive adoption and retention
  • 3-5 years of B2B or similar marketing and communication experience including digital marketing and writing for various digital channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill as well as effective listening skills.
  • Ability to influence others when promoting and selling ideas.
  • Familiar with HTML ExactTarget, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Familiar with Camtasia, SnagIt or other video editing tool.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to tell a powerful story across various mediums and audiences
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed and global virtual environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers.
  • Position located in Charlotte, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York
