CashPro Platform Integration Product Manager At Bank of America

CashPro® is BofAML’s flagship digital platform, supporting processing of payments globally for 35k clients and 486k users across 175 countries. Greenwich ranks BofAML the second largest digital banking provider in the world. The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all Treasury services accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).

Consider an opportunity to join GTS Digital Channels as lead Product Manager for the CashPro Platform team. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for the creation and commercialization of a comprehensive Integration Strategy aimed and educating and guiding various business lines within GTS and beyond on how to best leverage the power of CashPro to deliver products and services to our diverse and global client base. Additionally, you will take direct ownership of third party solutions currently offered behind CashPro, including vendor relationship management, strategic planning, product positioning, and client adoption.

This is a high visibility position given the extensive usage of these services across all segments of the bank and the continued energy to expand and differentiate the services offered via the CashPro Channel. You’ll partner with many lines of business within and beyond GTS, including, but not limited to Wholesale Credit, Trade, Global Card, and Small Business – instilling CashPro as the ‘go to’ entry point for BofAML services and further differentiating BofAML with our clients and the market.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Digital Channels and the services various client segments utilize. Experience within BofAML and knowledge of various business lines and the products and services they promote is desired. Success depends on a strong partnership with not only the various lines of business, but technology, operations, and other internal partners.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Product Manager role:

  • Provide end to end Product Management to ensure the digital offerings meet client needs while differentiating BofAML in the marketplace
  • Develop solutions and functionality to remove adoption barriers and increase client utilization of digital tools
  • Own the CashPro Platform integration process for lines of business and third party providers Drive operational excellence, maximizing adoption of CashPro across all market segments (business banking, commercial, corporate/global)
  • Expand digitization capabilities by driving credit document upload usage
  • Provide strong subject matter expertise with Channel integration options, processes and digital capabilities
  • Lead fulfillment, servicing, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk
  • Partner with other CashPro Platform product managers to create and commercialize a robust Integration Playbook to help partners outside of Channels understand how third party services may be integrated into CashPro, the options to consider, and the engagement protocol


  • Experienced business professional with 10+ years in financial/technology services
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities
  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe
  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team
  • Intellectually curious with strong communications skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers
  • Experience with product management and product strategy development
  • Understanding of the Agile development process
  • Familiarity and comfort with online tools; ability and willingness to perform regular post-release production business validation testing
  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in standard office tools and project management software

  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions
  • Good understanding or desire to learn new technology
  • Keen eye for market focus, competitive intelligence and awareness
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues
  • Fintech expertise – either through direct work or through partnerships
  • Master’s degree or post undergraduate studies
