The Relationship Manager Development Program is a full time 12 month program designed to prepare selected participants for a successful career as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. The program teaches the technical knowledge of credit, treasury and client management fundamentals with rotations. Participants will learn through a combination of formal classroom education, exposure, case studies and hands-on learning experiences. The combination of classroom and hands-on learning is designed to give participants a foundation of both technical knowledge and skills to further their career. Throughout the program, the participants will report to the Market Executive or Market manager and work closely with Relationship Managers and Credit & Treasury partners. This role is a Band 5 position.
