The Cyber Security Technology (CST) function within Global Information Security is responsible for innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, deployment maintenance and support of information technology security controls. The CST team is also responsible for the management of the program/project management teams.

As an Agile Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning security operations related products. You will lead technical and software development teams that partner with stakeholders throughout the organization. You will also be working to map and understand the operational processes, defense strategies, and areas in need of improvement as you work toward product delivery. Whether you are working on large-scale projects or incremental changes to products in the portfolio, you will use your skills to meet the challenge presented with a geographically distributed team and multiple projects, all while growing in a dynamic operations culture. Required Skills: • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with the Agile software development framework, preferably in the Product Owner role • Background in Cybersecurity operations, having managed or contributed to functions such as incident response, event management, digital forensics, or similar processes • Experience leading a team of technology professionals • Deep technical background with information security products, both commercial and custom/open source. This includes being responsible for the underlying technology and related services • Self-motivated desire to learn and curiosity in application of new ideas to solve security and risk problems • Bias towards action and a demonstrable ability to deliver results and outcomes in a large enterprise environment • Comfort operating in a globally distributed, dynamic culture • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders both verbally and in writing, including the CISO and CIOs Desired Skills: • Certification in Agile Scrum, specifically Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience • Active participation in one or more public information security organizations, such as ISSA or OWASP
