THE JOB

We are looking for a tech-savvy, critical and highly motivated person who is ready to begin a challenging and rewarding career. You will be working in the Javascript testing framework while creating and executing the lead test planning and delivery of execution activities. While maintaining test environments you will also be contributing to scrum ceremonies, aiding in the estimation of work efforts and managing work to meet sprint scheduling. You will be a participating members of the team in software requirements, design and code reviews to provide easily and continuous feedback. Also you will be working with PO to figure out and clarify requirements

Requirements

Skills to pay the bills:

  • 3 years of experience as a QA engineer or QA analyst
  • Any working Knowledge of any testing framework but Javascript testing framework is a plus (e.g. Jasmine, Mocha, Sinon, etc)
  • Experience with Node-based Selenium drivers (e.g. Webdriver.io, Nightwatch, Protractor, etc).
  • Lead test planning, preparation and execution activities.
  • Expertise with Bitbucket workflow (pull request, code reviews, etc).
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM practices.
  • Rigorous in following processes and documenting your work.
  • Provide QA guidance to product teams
  • Challenge the status quo and constantly look for ways to improve our testing process.
  • Identifies, analyzes and document bugs using a bug tracking system, verifies fixes, and follows the QA Test Lifecycle process.

Bonus points for:

  • Relevant AWS service experience.
  • Experience in AWS workspaces
  • Experience with Microsoft registry
  • Docker experience to set up isolated test environment.
