Works in conjunction with other members of the BakeMark team to develop the Division's Business Plan, including budget target strategies and action plans for specifically identified accounts
Coordinates ongoing campaigns and development of sales programs within budgeted guidelines.
Recommends changes in structure and organization of sales resources to ensure effective fulfillment of objectives assigned and to provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to market needs and opportunities.
Executes sales and marketing plans within the sales force, working through appropriate personnel.
Analyzes and defines the market for product growth within current and potential markets. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
Establish sales goals to ensure share of market and profitability of the company's manufactured and resale products.
Develops and recommends product offering and pricing strategy for the organization that will result in the optimal profitability and market share in all of the company's product lines..
Develops sales plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of products.

Must possess excellent communication skills in presentation, written and verbal formats. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, employees, the general public, and CSM staff.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least five years of related experience. Participation and membership in various industry associations required.
