Account Executive - North America At Axsium

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling Enterprise Software and/or Professional Services solutions in Workforce Management (WFM) and/or Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, highly communicative, articulate sales professional with proven analytical, negotiation and collaboration skills with superior written, active-listening, and oral communication skills.

Working from your home office you will need to be a self-starter capable of managing your time and workload. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is seeking to join a successful and growing international company. As an Account Executive, you will play a leadership role in qualifying prospects, determining business opportunities, proposing appropriate consulting services, presenting and articulating solution benefits, coordinating presentations/executive meetings, negotiating contracts and closing new business at or above specified sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualification
  • Leverage and establish Network/Contacts in relevant industries
  • Lead, manage and coordinate all activity of a sales cycle
  • Create presentations, proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Provide strategic guidance into all supporting sales cycle deliverables
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Control the cost of sales
  • Develop strategic client relationships with prospects, clients and industry partners
  • Territory and account planning
  • Timely and accurate sales reporting
  • Provide thorough account transitions plans

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess minimum of 5 years working in a professional services or software sales position
  • Established Network/Contacts
  • Possess significant knowledge of the unique WFM and HCM challenges and opportunities
  • Successful track record of closing six or seven figure Enterprise deals
  • Successfully and consistently achieved quotas in previous roles
  • Proven ability to work independently and interact with internal teams to achieve sales goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dynamic and persuasive presentation skills
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that demonstrate Axsium’s core values
  • Previous WFM, Payroll/HR and or HCM consulting and implementation experience is considered an asset
