Contract and Capital Planning Administrator At avenue living

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the Capital Projects Pipeline spreadsheet; ensuring accuracy of the data.
  • Track Project Costs and Schedules.
  • Prepare documents such as construction agreements and statutory declarations.
  • Review and file all executed legal documents.
  • Follow-up with Project Managers for updates on Capital Projects.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Legal and Accounting.
  • Maintain list of accounts payable requirements with non-standard terms (i.e. deposits).
  • Data entry of building and assessment information into our Capital Planning database.
  • Creation and modification of Capital Planning reports.

Organizing and filing of our physical property reports such as Building Condition Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments.


Successful Candidate:


  • Previous experience in a contract or administrative role.
  • Construction experience considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and projects running in parallel.
  • Ability to be flexible, work efficiently, and take the initiative to accomplish work
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
  • Highly developed computer skills to produce reports, documents, and presentations. Is very proficient with Microsoft products including Office.
