The National NPV Sales Director is responsible for leading a team to meet and exceed the NPV operation s sales volume and profitability objectives. Focus must be placed on the protection of existing revenue while sourcing growth opportunities and proactively anticipating market trends and impacts.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Vision/Strategy/Planning - Revenue
Develop channel vision, strategy, purpose and communicate associated plans to ensure success of channel revenue imperatives. Contribute to corporate initiatives through project participation and plan execution.
Proactive approach to market
Anticipate economic and advertising trends to guide approach to market, product enhancement and human resource development. Maintain a high level of involvement with sales representatives and clients through regular participation in client meetings; focus on building strategic relationships with key accounts and ensuring identification of learning opportunities for sales representatives.
Financial Discipline/Profit Metric
Optimize Financial Performance i.e. Sales profitability through revenue growth, appropriate resource allocation and cost containment.
Continuously working at improving customer experience by collaborating with internal department leaders. Facilitate and act as a change agent, identified improvement opportunities, challenge status quo.

Over 10 years experience in a Senior Sales Management position with a high performance Sales Team is required.
Strong knowledge of current and anticipated market and advertising trends is required and a background in media is an asset.
