As the Manager of the Ad Operations group, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-paced, advanced team of operational and technical advertising specialists. The Ad Operations team is primarily responsible for architecting the platform operations and related workflow, and on boarding new activations from initial sale to launching live.
Beyond managing the team and direct responsibilities, the position will work with the Director of TRFFK Operations to provide weekly and monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and annual budget planning.
This position will also liaison with key external technology and media partners to ensure continuity in workflow, support requirements are adequate and operations are consistent.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Ad Operations Platform Management
Operate the TRFFK platform complete with strategy, hiring, annual budget planning
Track revenue expectations of new team, report weekly & monthly on achievements, mitigation plans and actions to improve
Monitors analytics across all stages of on boarding to ensure timely and accurate launches across search, display and social platforms.
Ad Operations Team Management
Manage day to day activities of the Ad Operations team on all related workflow, managing intake of sales submissions, new campaign launches and on boarding new activations
Control quality standards of campaign setups through testing for quality assurance and completing documentation following launches to ensure a closed-loop process communication
Maintaining operational excellence through updating Trello tracking system, maintaining systems documentation and addressing support inquiries
Uses own drive/passion to mentor & inspire team members & cross functional teams to deliver 1st class solutions
TRFFK Business Operations
Works with multiple teams (Creative, Product, Strategy) to ensure all campaign elements are operating efficiently for campaign launches.
Design processes & templates to deliver work on spec, on time & on budget
Partner and Industry Coordination
Stay up to date on emerging technologies/products
Driven to constantly update & acquire new skills and information on competitive situations or new business opportunities. Maintains current knowledge and is an advocate of future skill development for the team to be on par with any external Digital agency

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and management experience, including the following:
Experience with analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and call tracking technologies
Experience with advertising platforms - Doubleclick Bid Manager / Campaign Manager / Studio, Kenshoo, Facebook, Bing and Google AdWords
Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively with a high-degree of accuracy
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
Ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding, results-driven environment
Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook and Google Analytics Certification preferred
