Position Overview
Autodesk Inc. is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps engineer to join an exciting team of professionals who build some of the most advanced 3D animation solutions for designers, visualization specialists, game and film artists.
The 3dsMax team is looking for a veteran DevOps engineer to support and improve its virtualized infrastructure, artifact management and orchestration systems used by their continuous integration and delivery pipelines. In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll represent the 3dsMax team for their DevOps-related needs with various corporate information technology groups. You’ll also represent the team within the larger Autodesk DevOps community which aims to share, promote and align the different groups on best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Orchestration (e.g. Jenkins, ElectricFlow)
  • Mastery of artifact and package management systems (e.g. Artifactory, Conan, NuGet, Gems)
  • Virtualization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
  • Infrastructure as code (e.g. Vagrant, Ansible)
  • Expert-level Git/GitHub
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g. Python, Perl)
  • Proven collaboration skills within and beyond the boundaries of a cross-functional agile team
  • Methodical and quality-minded continuous learner
  • Willingness to work from our Montréal offices


Preferred Qualifications
  • GPU virtualization experience
  • Installer technology (e.g. Wix, Install Shield)
