Customer Fulfillment I (Hourly)

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS CASUAL POSITION AND HOURS WILL BE DEPENDENT ON BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. TYPICALLY REQUIRED TO BE ON CALL DURING MID AND MONTH END OF SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS AND END OF FEBRUARY.

As an hourly team member you are responsible for supporting various teams within the Banking Customer Fulfillment teams. Duties include but are not limited to, pre audit funding processing and funding processing for Branches and other areas of expertise in a high volume workflow atmosphere. This includes reviewing of retail loan security, loan application, compliance review, sundry loan maintenance and funding functions. Working as part of a team the incumbent is responsible for the delivery of accurate, prompt, friendly and efficient service with attention to turn-around time commitments.

  • Process daily incoming work and ensuring all established service delivery standards and departmental guidelines are adhered to.
  • Being flexible and agile and willing to complete various activities as needed.
  • Attention to detail to eliminate risk and fraud which could result in losses to customer and ATB.
  • Ensure effective customer service is maintained through high quality and consistently accurate work . Use time effectively – works on high priority actions first.
  • Accept personal responsibility and accountability for accomplishment of work objectives.
  • Take initiative – do what needs to be done without being asked or directed.
  • Exercise judgement and act within recognized decision-making limits when dealing with unusual or escalated requests.
  • Actively participate with the Team Leader in setting personal productivity levels, performance expectations and goal setting.
Job Requirements

As the ideal candidate you possess:

  • High School Diploma and 1 to 2 years post-secondary.
  • Minimum 1-3 years ATB experience or related banking experience.
  • General understanding of credit applications and credit terminology.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), Banking Services (BaS) and G-suite
  • Excellent understanding of banking processes, procedures and policies
  • Working knowledge of loan security and documentation requirements.
  • Robust investigative skills are required to make sure requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Received requests will sometimes require this role to investigate unusual or “one-off” items. These items may span various systems, channels and accounts.
