Data Services Administrator
National Office | Contract | Location: Toronto
Reporting to the Manager of Applications & Donor Services, the Data Services Administrator will be responsible for ensuring timely data entry processing for all gifts and donations received by the Arthritis Society, maintaining accurate database records and handling incoming calls. Key areas of responsibility include direct mail, regional & provincial deposits and the preauthorized monthly giving program.
Required Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with at least two (2) years of work experience gained from a similar environment. An extremely high level of attention to detail when working with confidential data and the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task are essential to success in this role. Strong customer service (both internal and external), interpersonal and communication skills are key. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook, is essential, as is Raiser's Edge experience. Bilingual English and French language skills are an asset.
Please note that this is a five (5) month contract of employment, with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2019.
