Call / email follow up with existing quotes and outstanding proposals
Identify "Sweet Spot" projects and develop strategies around attaining net-new
Obtain opportunities to quote on "sweet spot" projects with existing clients
Attend industry events to meet property managers and identify projects
Call new and existing property managers to solicit for upcoming opportunities
Develop a process to be executed for consistent sales / Business development activities
Marketing / Branding
Manage email campaign
Manage web site updates
Manage Blog posts - Content
Manage Social Media channels - updates
Manage New Lunch and learn opportunities - Present
Manage and attend events
Manage client events including golf tournaments, social events
Manage print advertising
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of construction project management. They should also have strong communication skills both written and oral with the ability to present and lead meetings. Strong organizational skills are required and the ability to both execute established procedures and develop new procedures. The successful candidate should have a thirst to learn in a growing, progressive construction firm and should have relevant SALES EXPERIENCE.
ArmourCo Solutions is an Oakville, Ontario contracting firm working in the residential condominium marketplace. With a focus on painting, caulking and building restoration, ArmourCo completes both exterior and interior maintenance projects on town homes and high-rises in the Greater Toronto, Hamilton Area.
