Reporting to the North America Director of Human Resources - this role will partner with clients at all levels of the organization and HR colleagues to provide support and consultation in the key disciplines of Human Resources, such as compensation, employee development and engagement, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Teaming with local leaders and a global HR team, you will have the opportunity to help shape an environment where people come to grow and be challenged, while being mindful of our need to be consistent and compliant with policies and laws.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 year and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
