Contacting small and medium sized businesses to generate business contact leads, update database and set appointments among other duties in a wide variety of industries. Industries include: Insurance, Legal, Financial, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Health Care and many others.(no actual selling involve)
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
*Must have minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience*
We are looking for a few professional inside sales representative with traceable references. The successful applicant must be:
- Persuasive and driven to succeed.
- Strong telephone communication skills with English as a first language.
- It is essential that you have a winning attitude, a first-class work ethic, a strong closer and have solid time management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in CRM systems an asset (ACT by Sage CRM)).
- Ability to work with in a team enviroment - Proficient with MS word and excel.
- Consistently meeting productivity objectives and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Meeting monthly productivity goals - Includes call quotas, quality service metrics, team performance.
