Sales Development Representative At Appnovation Technologies

Location: Montréal, Quebec

Job Description

The position will require a real 'can-do' attitude coupled with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, commitment and persistence. The successful candidate will be comfortable having high-level conversations with Director and Executive-level personnel, learning and utilizing CRM, marketing automation and database systems, AND be organized with a strong attention to detail. This position will require you to gain a high-level knowledge of a mix of our service lines and technology products such as Managed Services, Atlassian, and Magento, as well as adopt a variety of communication tactics via phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person.

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO

Be a key team member supporting Sales Executives throughout North America.
Develop and manage high volume prospecting to qualify inbound leads through calls, emails and other channels.
Partner closely with Sales Executives to develop and implement outreach strategies for your inbound leads and targeted outbound activities.
Conduct discovery with prospective buyers and create next steps including scheduling meetings for Sales Executives for further qualification.
Create and develop ongoing two-way relationships with potential and current customers.
Conduct service sales and phone support for company customers around the globe.
Uncover potential opportunities across the customer lifecycle (new business, upsell/cross-sell) for the Sales Team.
Educate Appnovation customers about our company service offerings.
Learn and utilize various systems such as CRM and marketing automation, as well as data mining of various databases.
Be on the front lines of the sales process and eventually have the opportunity to move into an Inside Sales role.

WHO YOU ARE

Our ideal candidate will have a real passion for leadership and a strong commitment to customer service and delivering exceptional products.
KPI driven is a must for hitting call and appointment goals for the Sales Team.
Experience with CRMs and Pardot an asset.
A strong aptitude to learn new technologies and business processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience in inside sales and/or lead demand generation an asset.
Proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships.
Ability to multi-task effectively with strong time management and attention to detail.
Self-motivated professional who thrives on minimal direction and possesses a positive can-do attitude.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Interested and excited about open source technology.
Interested and open for modest business travel.
Interested in technology sales to enterprise level clients.
Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
