Leading the Canadian AMP (Apple Media Products) marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring Apple Music, App Store, iTunes & Apple Books marketing programs are executed to the highest standards and with the maximum effect. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated marketing manager to join our subscription and content services marketing team in Canada. You will lead all aspects of Apple Music, App Store and iTunes marketing, working closely with the local business teams and the international marketing teams. You are a great fit if you are an experienced marketing manager with a deep understanding of entertainment services marketing, knowledge of digital marketing channels, and/or subscription marketing. You should be organized and results driven with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. You should also be a sleeves-up, hands-on candidate who likes to deep dive on projects and support the cross platform teams on finding the best solutions for each challenge. You posses the communication skills to work across a complex matrix organization, and should be able to build positive relationships with key partners to help deliver world-class marketing programs and partnerships. You’re a marketing and digital enthusiast, love keeping up with pop culture, and are passionate about how technology shapes our future. In this role you: Are responsible for leading a small team and delivering marketing initiatives to engage our customers and build programs to acquire new customers. Are capable of delivering performance-oriented campaigns while identifying creative opportunities for developing demand-generation channels. Will work with local CMOs, app developers, marketing managers, business managers, labels, artists managers, publishers, studios, and partners to support key marketing initiatives. Will develop cohesive local marketing programs which align with global, international and regional business objectives. Will lead budget allocation and marketing resources in line with business goals. Will expand adoption of existent brand guidelines and marketing tools. Will identify local marketing channels to drive customers and consumption to our services. Will test, learn and iterate to optimize regional marketing performance. Will support global marketing priorities at a local level.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related.
You have fluent command of the English language. French fluency is highly desirable.
