Business Development Specialist At Ample Organics

About Us

Ample Organics is Canada’s most trusted technology provider for Licensed Producers. A complete ecosystem for cannabis businesses, our platform was designed for government regulations and makes compliance easy by tracking individual plants and reporting every detail of the growth, production, and sales processes. We are seeking courageous and intelligent people to join our team of trailblazers.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Sales team. This position requires an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in closing complex sales through consultative selling and relationship building. You have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets by growing the commercial book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an Ample Organics brand ambassador and business development executive within your speciality
  • You will grow the user base through lead generation, referrals, and establishing/maintaining relationships with clients
  • Educate Licensed Producers on how Ample Organics is utilized for the facilitates workflows
  • You will run demonstrations on Ample Organics via sharing software and in-person (potential travel)
  • Attainment of sales quota, pipeline targets, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and utilize appropriate resources

Requirements:

  • You are highly motivated, energetic and have unparalleled interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have previous cold-calling experience in an outbound sales environment (or are incredibly eager to learn!)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BA in business or relevant field
