We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and crafting sales plans.
- Find and develop new customers.
- Maintain and grow existing customers.
- Weekly phone work to setup face-to-face appointments.
- Must possess 3 plus years successful experience in field sales.
- Confident and skilled at communicating 1-on-1 and to groups of people.
- Must be able to influence others, identify and overcome objections.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record.
