JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
DURATION: 3 months - possibility of extension
LOCATION: Flexible work location - Downtown, Toronto or Waterloo
The Sales Administrator is responsible for collection and validation of Custom Profile information received from external healthcare professionals through the organization's Connect platform. This role is accountable for ensuring our profiles are up to date and accurate. The incumbent will work closely with internal departments i.e. Operations, the DHS team and external healthcare providers as our clients.
The successful incumbent has a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, solid attention to detail and good customer service skills.
