Business Development Professional At Ambrosia Treatment Center

Location: Beverly Hills, California

Job Description

We are an established and growing Addiction Treatment Facility that is expanding nationally. Forefront at Ambrosia strives to inspire those struggling with substance abuse, their families, our employees, and society at large to live with hope and purpose.


By joining our Forefront at Ambrosia Team, you will receive a base salary plus a generous commission along with a benefit package that includes Dental, Medical, Vision and paid vacation.


About this Job:


We are actively looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Director in the Substance Abuse/Mental Health field who has existing established contacts that generate consistent business. The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and communicating the strategic vision for business growth as well as planning, directing, and evaluating efforts to acquire new business for this Joint Commission-accredited treatment program. While prior experience in the Substance Abuse field is preferred, we will consider an individual who has current relationships with clinicians in mental health, treatment facilities and primary care.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Expand and build new relationships in an effort to increase client base
  • Advocate in the recovery community with a strong knowledge of the disease of addiction
  • Work with the clinical team to place clients in appropriate after care
  • Must be willing to attend community events and attend conference
  • Self-starter and able to work independently, while communicating with sales leadership as required
  • Must have an open and flexible schedule, some weekend work may be required

Qualifications

Required skills and experience:

  • Current relationships with sober livings, medical facilities, treatment centers, courts and IOP programs
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience medical, treatment, or addiction field.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel overnight
  • Ability to develop, maintain and leverage relationships with various client bases
  • Education: Bachelor degree in healthcare, business or public administration or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to Build Marketing strategy, Sales strategy, brand development and brand management
