4+ years of professional work experience in financial planning and reporting, planning, business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of MS Excel and working with large datasets
Experience using Tableau, AWS QuickSight or similar visualization software
Experience leading planning, reporting, dashboarding and analysis for enterprise organizations
Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders

The Worldwide Sales Operations and Planning team supports the AWS Commercial Sales Operations team globally in creating efficiencies, strategic planning, process improvement, and increasing sales effectiveness. As a member of this team, you will leverage strong data extraction skills to provide solutions, create and simplify processes for operational effectiveness, build mechanisms that improve leadership decision-making, and manage global initiatives.
The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies. Successful members of this team collaborate effectively to solve data problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards. Engaging with multiple internal AWS teams, including Legal, Sales, Geo Operations, and Service teams to manage and support the operational cadence of the business. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual that seeks to "tell the story" of the data with little direction or supervision.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with global business teams to define and solve problems/opportunities that impact the organization
Driving global standardization of program delivery practices, businesses processes, and reporting with geo operations, enablement, communications, and field engagement stakeholders
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirements
Provide analytical thought leadership and provide solutions formulated on data
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com and other data management/BI Systems
Create new tools and business processes that simplifies, standardizes and enables operational excellence
