Our team is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Sales Representative for our growing B2B business in Santa Monica, CA. Reporting to the GM of IMDbPro, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute a sales account plan focused on expanding our membership base within the professional entertainment industry. You should possess a strong track record of B2B sales and be comfortable and experienced within an enterprise business environment. You have the ability to work in fast-paced environment and are resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity. In this quota carrying role, you will be an enthusiastic sales leader with a passion for customer obsession as well as a keen desire to dive deep and will collaborate with customer service and product management to help represent the voice of the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Qualifications


  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in quota carrying roles, preferably selling SaaS subscription products
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience required
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing business, with direct field sales experience and ability to move prospects through the funnel by phone and e-mail
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Analytical skill and highly data driven
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, and prioritize work
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
  • Proven ability to influence others and lead customer engagements
  • Strong ownership, bias for action
  • This position will be based in Santa Monica, CA (with a focus on so. cal territory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including a history of selling licenses/subscriptions to large organizations
  • Entertainment industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
