5+ years in product management and/or project management experience is required

We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to join our team as the Senior Product Manager for the Self-Service Performance Ads (SSPA) Platform team.
With a majority of the advertisers not having access to dedicated 1:1 account management, automating and scaling our communication capabilities to highlight issues, opportunities to improve campaign performance and awareness of new features is critical for the growth of the advertising business. The Advertiser Communication & Engagement System (ACES) is the central system responsible for sending alerts, recommendations, and help content to advertisers via a spectrum of delivery channels like email, mobile push notifications and UI portals. As the Sr. Product Manager for ACES, you will be building the core communication engine that delivers a best in class advertisers experience where the right communications are surfaced to the right advertiser at the right place at the right time, personalized to meet the needs of each advertiser. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features working with stakeholders across the advertising org - marketing and product teams to understand and prioritize the communication use cases, UX teams to define the communication workflows and front end, BI and Finance teams to measure and quantify the impact and effectiveness of communications and ML teams to personalize the communications and build governance models.
The SSPA team has a global reach with deployments in 10 countries enabling hundreds of thousands of sellers and vendors to advertise on Amazon websites. This position has a high-degree of customer impact and engagement. For this problem space within our platform, it is truly Day One, and as such there many opportunities to influence not only the technical direction but also the success of one of Amazon's fastest growing strategic businesses. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for charting and executing a course for the platform components that support the SSPA business. You will help define our strategy and will design and implement program direction to ensure the platform enables business growth. You have excellent communication skills and judgment, and are comfortable evangelizing the platform functions and services with a wide range of senior business and technical leaders within our partner companies.
