The RDS Performance Insights team's drive to improve customers' ability to manage their databases is moving beyond the present day fundamentals for databases-as-a-service. We’re looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive Applied Scientist to help build industry-leading intelligent offerings that customers love. Our mission is to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), in order to solve problems around the management of database performance and scalability.
You will leverage RDS’ heterogeneous data sources and AWS' large-scale computing resources to accelerate advances in artificial intelligence as applied to databases. You will work in a fast paced team environment alongside top-notch software engineers. Your work will directly impact our customers in the form of disruptive products and services which have the potential to drastically re-shape customers' expectations of cloud-managed databases.
