Our client in the Yonge and St Claire area is looking for a keen candidate with a positive attitude to join their small consulting team as the Finance and Sales Administrator. The position exists to ensure all support is provided so that the manager is able to properly process the financial and sales requirements if the business (including payroll and government taxes). This role ensures sales functions are efficiently organized and properly supported to enable them obtain sales objectives and to ensure successful completion of projects for the Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a financial background, which includes post secondary education, some experience with working on a CRM database, is detail oriented and is a team player.
Hours are 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities
CRM maintenance & data entry of tracking and updating leads
Website maintenance - including uploading videos, bios etc
- W5S and project Code assignments (project announcements and assignments of tracking codes)
- Project management tracking - financial, proposals, progress
- Reporting - financial and administrative
- Employee administration - confidentiality agreements, etc
- Processing and logging payments
Xerox reporting, proofreading, editing and scheduling support
Qualifications and Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to work independently, self-manage tasks, show initiative in research and learning
Energy and enthusiasm to the role
Familiarity with Quickbooks and Salesforce are preferred but not required.
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required:
