Exam Coordinator At altisHR

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

AltisHR is currently seeking an Examination Administrator for our client in the not-for-profit, regulatory sector. The incumbent is responsible for the planning, administration and execution of all licensing examinations in accordance with best practices. The individual will need have previous staff management experience and someone who is process driven, organized with high level of communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with exam centres, proctors, markers, and all related functions
Assist with on-going administration of examinations


Qualifications and Experience

  • A university degree
  • Must have minimum 2 years of supervision, coaching, mentoring, and training experience within the areas of large, secure administration of examinations
  • Previous experience working in a regulatory body, not-for-profit organization or colleges/universities with extensive knowledge of examination administration policy and procedure
  • May be required to travel throughout the province multiple times per to off-site examination locations
  • Must be able to work non-conventional hours of operations when needed - i.e. after hours and weekends
  • Sound knowledge of human rights principles and special needs accommodations best practices in a professional licensure context
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and registration database management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely for the intended audience, both verbally and written
  • Thorough and precise attention to detail



Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree
