Altig-Orlovic is expanding in Illinois!

American Income, the largest subsidiary of Torchmark Corporation (Warren Buffet Company) is expanding its Illinois Division. We are the largest provider of specialized benefits to labor union, credit union, and association members. We have an established niche market with over 40,000 groups across North America.

Qualified candidates must be motivated to pursue a long term career and be willing to follow our proven career development program. Our 12-month MIT Program starts with competitive pay and an immediate benefit program. Promotions are awarded strictly on a performance basis. As part of our people-first Platinum Rule Philosophy, candidates must be passionate about helping others.

Typical Compensation:

Entry Level Associates - $50-60k/year
Mid-Level Management - $65-95k/year
Upper-Level Management - $100k+/year

MIT Program: Start out at our entry level associate position to learn the foundation of our business. These candidates must be highly motivated to promote to Mid-Level Management within their first 90 days of being hired. Upper-Level Management is expected to be earned within the first 6 months of being hired. After their first 6 months, candidates will continue training to enter the next step in our company which is the Executive Development path.
